As for tracking numbers not appearing, if your item says it has shipped you can go to FedEx or UPS (depending on who it shipped with) and create an account. You can then set up to get advanced delivery information for your address. This way, if you don't receive tracking info, FedEx and UPS will notify you of any new packages arriving at your address regardless of if a store gave you the tracking or not.

My FedEx tracking took about 15-20 hours to appear on Best Buy's app.

I've been patient since the day it dropped on the website and still says "reserving item"... I'm itching to get my hands on one Smiley Sad hopefully soon!

RTX 3090 Pick Up Delay and Unclear Status

I ordered a 3090 on the Best Buy website on the 28th of October with a pickup date of 11/3. I received a Delayed Pick Up status yesterday and a cancelation date of 11/10. While the status according to the phone electronic assistant says it's being shipped momentarily, the live chat says it is in transit and will be arriving for pick up in the next few days. I'm wondering if I can get some clarity on what is going on? Thanks.

In-Store Pickup Delayed - status null online

Hello All,

Last week on Thursday, October 29th at 6AM I got my spot in purchasing the rtx3070 from bestbuy, I checked out, "processed" my payment, and recieved a pickup date of yesterday (november 4th).

 

I went yesterday to the store to see if it was available for in-store pickup, and it wasn't there. They said it was in the process of being fufilled... I was confused so I called bestbuy customer support, and they said they have no estimate time of arrival and it's just in their "warehouse"... like what does this mean? Amazon gives me updates all the time of where the package is relative to when its supposed to arrive, and bestbuy just told me that they have no idea when my package is going to arrive.

 

Does this still mean that they have a reserved graphics card under my name but are just waiting for it to get shipped to the main store to pickup? Or they dont have a reserved graphics card under my name any longer since it's been stuck at the warehouse? The reason I'm so angry about this is that the rtx3070 was in such high demand and I'm concerned that there was a glitch on their website that didn't allow me to get my hands on one even though it says order processed and awaiting pickup. Am I in the safe here, and just gotta wait for an "unknown" time? The order status when I check has been under the "preparing" stage for over a week.

 

Any help appreciated.
