I brought an Apple - iPad Air online at BestBuy.com. I gave it to my aunt in Viet Nam, but now the iPad screen is broken, so she brought the iPad to the Apple support in Viet Nam to repair. However, the Apple support there requires her to have a proof of the receipt with the serial number and IMEI included or printed on the receipt. They do not accept the serial number that my aunt told them because they don't trust the online receipt that does not show the serial number and IMEI. They are afraid I switch the receipt and the iPad or something. They want to make sure these two are match by checking the serial number and IMEI.

You never really know when you might need to pull out a receipt, and it's always good to have a copy on hand for those just in-case scenarios, as in your case if you ever need to utilize the manufacturer's warranty.  In-fact, I have an entire drawer at my house that is just overflowing with receipts and user manuals, which I should probably go through now that I think about it. A bit of spring cleaning might actually feel nice.

As far as receipt for an order placed on BestBuy.com, you should be able to print a copy by logging into your BestBuy.com account, as long as you logged in prior to placing the order.  You can also view and print a copy of the receipt by using the Find a Guest Order option, even if you didn't checkout as a guest, here; however, there isn't an alternative receipt we can provide that may include the iPads serial or IMEI numbers.
