If I have the name and city of somebody who purchased an RTX card and is reselling that confirmed order the same day for $800 (msrp $500), is there any way for me to report them to get their scalper order canceled? I even have photographic evidence

While scalpers are bad its not Best Buy's job to police this activity. However Best Buy does impose quantity limits on certain items and if they are found to be breaking the terms and conditions of the order process.We all have to fight for items on release and pre-order day. So I don't know what you are looking to accomplish on this forum to be honest....

Yeah it sounds not good for sure but...... There are several listings on popular sites I cannot mention here but they are doing that. Unfortunately, It's a common thing now in the market place to sell a placeholder for a popular item it is extra income for many and sadly people pay that price.
