Ok well I ordered a tv and a phone from your company and both were lost by ups and so I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement for both items
A claim was filed on both by ups and ended up getting the original order and the replacement and I have no way of getting it back to your company and I don't have a printer for a return receipt and if I want to have ups pickup here at my residence I have to pay for it
Now according to my account that the replacement is free and it's not my fault that ups still sent me the original order...
Why should I not just keep it?
