Replacement not processed by back end team

I ordered a 3090 and it’s stolen by the shipping company called LSO. They update the tracking status to “delivered” but if you look for detail they will tell you it’s mssing/lost. I contact customer service on 4/7 and the guy said he made request of a replacement to the back end team and I will get response in 48-72 hours. Now it’s over 72 hours it’s still not processed.
