Repeated precharges

Hello, ever since Nov. 1st, I keep getting pre-charged for my order of $175. This is the 3rd time I'm getting pre-charged, any idea what's going on.

Repeated precharges

Hello. I posted a week ago thinking if I cancelled my pre-order and order it again it'll fix the problem. It didn't, I keep getting pre-charged. Thursday night( 21st if November) is when I got my money back but Friday night I got precharged once again. Any idea what's going on.
I can't keep having $175 be on hold every week till the product is released.

Welcome back to the forums. What it sounds like is going on here is an authorization hold being placed on your account to make sure the funds are available. Usually this happens when you place the order, and again as the release gets closer. Sometimes, however, this may happen more often.
