I would like to fully remove/delete my BestBuy.com reviews, along with the profile associated with them. It was not clearly explained that this information would be indexed by Google and other websites external to BestBuy.com.
I believe this feature should be opt-in, and BestBuy customer privacy should come first. Additionally, there are no tools available in BestBuy.com Account Settings to control this.
I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

We certainly want our customers to be aware of how any information is used, which is why we outline this in our Terms & Conditions for our website. There is a section specific to user generated content that discusses this in detail, and I’d encourage you to review the information when you have the time.
