Regarding the delivery issue

Hello Sir,

 

This Kranti, placed an online order at Best buy during thanksgiving for a LENOVO laptop- Order ID is {removed per forum guidelines}. The shipment supposes to deliver on Dec 28th however we have not received the product.USPS tracking no - {removed per forum guidelines}. However, you have got the update from USPS that the product has been delivered. We have contacted your customer care service multiple times but there no response and as per the instructions received from your team, I have also raised the issue with delivery carrier USPS. the issue id is {removed per forum guidelines}. It was also asked me to give a complaint to local law enforcement and share the case ID to process the reshipment or refund. I did that too and here is the case ID - 21 - {removed per forum guidelines}. Again I have contacted your customer care team to share the details and asking for the refund but now your team is saying that they can not process any refund or reshipment. I am really tired of all these. I have invested $600 dollar and placed the order to BEST BUY, not to USPS or any other. I have done all the homework which supposed to be done by you. and it is a clear thing that delivering the product to the customer is the responsibility of the best buy post taking the order, kindly suggest to me what to do and how to take it forward, I want my product back or the refund back the amount I paid to you.

If theft is suspected the shipper and best buy are not responsible. The police would need to handle it and maybe recover your money. Usps has gps on the trucks and can tell where the truck was when the package was "delivered".

Welcome to our community forums. I appreciate you writing to us about your order. I know whenever I order something I keep a close eye on the tracking number so I can imagine your surprise to be unable to locate this package. I would be glad to see what options moving forward.
