Regarding BestBuy order {removed per forum guidelines} Refund issue

Hello BestBuy Care Team , 
Thanks for your email regarding my order from ebay # {removed per forum guidelines}.First Thing Order was placed by mistake and even though after reaching several times after placing order, best buy told that we can't cancel the order.rather they advise to ship the product.
When a customer is trying to cancel the order , why have you shipped the item? why you did not shipped to your office and return my credit to me. without customer consent why do you ship the item ? 
2nd point, your shipping partner UPS knows where they have delivered the package, not me. Do UPS have the proof they handed to customers directly ?If so can you send the proof to me. I am not sure they have delivered to my address or Moon.Any Tracking number number can say it is delivered , whether it is delivered or not to the customer , that's have to work with UPS to resolve this issue and I need a refund  as soon as possible to my account.
I had several communication between Bestbuy , ebay and UPS , Best buy advise me to open item not received case and rest we will take care, yesterday i got mesPlease check all communication between seller Bestbuy and customer in ebay application,clearly best buy told me that create ITEM not received cases and we will take care of you refund.finally best buy sending Item is delivered and we can't process the refund or reshipment.Why i have to suffer if you shipping partner did not delivered the product to me or shipped elsewhere or item was stolen  ??? All you have tied up with UPS and Ebay and you know the better solution what exactly happened. Please work with UPS or ebay and resolve the issue as soon as possible.please reach out to me for further communication {removed per forum guidelines}

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on the forums. First, it's never ideal when an order goes through that was not intended to be placed! Typically, orders are able to be modified or cancelled within the first 30 minutes of placing the order, though that window shortens during the peak holiday season to ensure accurate delivery dates. I apologize for any inconvenience as a result of that!


Additionally, it sounds like your item may be lost in transit or delivered elsewhere. I am sorry to hear that, and further saddened to hear the difficulties you've had getting in touch with someone for assistance. We certainly want our customer's to get the support they need any time they reach out to us for help. With that said, as this was purchased on our eBay storefront, we ask that you open a case within your eBay account.
