On Sunday, I refused delivery of a freezer that had obviously been fatally stabbed by a forklift. The unit wouldn't even stand upright because it was so damaged and the corner foot had been torn off. I was told by the delivery person and by a supervisor that called later that I would be able to call today and cancel my order. I no longer want this freezer and would like to cancel the order and get a refund. The delivery fee has been removed from my order, but I'm unable to cancel the order for the product itself. I'm not paying for something that was not delivered (in a functional state) within the time frame that I was promised during the ordering process. Please assist.

Welcome to our forum, and I am sorry that this freezer came damaged. I also apologize if you were unable to cancel this order fully when you requested it. I looked at your order and I show it has now been cancelled fully, and that we have not collected any funds in regards to this order.
