Refunded for a different item than I returned


I purchased a computer monitor (~$280) online in March, right before the stores closed in NYC for COVID. I no longer needed the item, and called Customer Service to return the item to the warehouse. They provided a shipping label for the item.

The item was received by the warehouse ~2 weeks ago, and today I was happy to get an email that the refund was accepted. However, I was refunded the amount for a thunderbolt cable I purchased in a completely different order (~$40)?

What do I do?

What you describe certainly isn’t the experience we would like for our customers as you should receive any refund for the item you returned, not a completely different product.
