Hello! Yesterday I ordered glossy photo paper online with next day delivery. Today, I received an email saying it was no longer eligible to be delivered to me today, so I requested a refund.
It looks like I am now being refunded for the item, but I was wondering if that refund would also include the price I paid for next day delivery since I was not eligible to receive that. If anyone could help me figure this out in any way I would appreciate that so much!

As long as the item did not ship you should be getting a full refund of your order. However if it did ship you may need to wait for a Best Buy mod to chime in on this.

 

Could be they intercepted the item and stopped it.

Welcome to our forums!  We try to make sure our delivery process is as smooth and straightforward as possible, so it’s disappointing to hear the photo paper you ordered from us wasn’t going to arrive as soon as we originally anticipated. 

 

I’d like to take a closer look into your order and offer any additional assistance I can, however, I’ll need a few pieces of additional information from you in order to do so.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number
