Hello, I bought through store a keyboard and then realized that I will not able to pick that up. So I cancelled my order. In the site I can see that refund can take up to 48 hours. But I clearly passed that time. Can somebody help me understand what's going on? Thank you.

Re: Refund

It is a weekend so it's likely that it's processed tomorrow or Tuesday at the very latest. Some banks that are closed on the weekends don't process Debit or Credit returns but on the following Monday they do.

Re: Refund

Hi, Adil,

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums.

If you cancelled the order before picking it up, there’s a good chance you were never actually charged for the purchase. Instead, an authorization hold was likely placed on your account. Some banks show this as an actual charge and not a hold, however. That hold will automatically fall off of your account.

Common time frames for the hold to be removed can be found here. You may want to reach out to your bank directly to see how long they typically take to get the hold removed.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
