So I ordered a PC on the 18th that was supposed to ship the 19th. When the 19th came around the package was never picked up so delivery was delayed indefinitely. I then spoke to an agent and we switched to store pickup. I was then never notified to pick up the PC. When I contacted best buy they said the machine was out of stock. So I then was giving the option to get a refund and took it on the 24th. I have not received and update on my refund and getting concerned as need that money to buy a PC. When can I expect my refund? I have yet to get a confirmation email sent to me!

Please keep in mind that credit and debit card refund processing times can vary depending on payment method and financial institution. This means that it may take up to one full billing cycle for the return to reflect on your account depending on the bank associated with the card used. If you have not receive it within that time frame, or would like me to take a look at the details regarding your refund, kindly provide the following in a private message:

 

  • Full Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Purchase information or order number
