I purchased something for about $30 for store pickup. First item arrived, I picked it up (i was charged seperately so this one was about $10). The other item i had no time to pick up so I just cancelled the order. All the sudden my credit card was charged an extra $33. They said it's because I broke the bundle. I went ahead and returned the item I picked up and quickly got my $10 refund. So now I haven't received the refund for the order I didn't pick up - about $20. and there's a new charge for $33.
So Best Buy has all their stuff, and I'm missing $53. Where is my refund? I called customer service and they said I should get my refund soon. I called a week later, and the guy said it looks like your refund isn't processed so I'll go ahead and send a request.... Now 2 more weeks have passed and I've called customer service reps who put me on hold for 30 minutes and hung up.. .I've done online chat.... One said my refund was already processed.. Another said I will get an email when it is processed (still no email). So almost 4 weeks have gone by, and I still don't have my refund... Everyone is giving me different answers. So basically best buy stole money from me.

I'm sorry for any confusion around bundle pricing and returns/cancellations. Generally speaking, if one part of a promotional bundle is returned or cancelled, the bundle pricing is broken, and which can cause you to be charged more for something else if only a portion of the promotion bundle was returned or cancelled. This being said, we would never want our customer's to feel this way, and would be happy to review your order and see what may be possible at this time!

I'll send you a message right now... just fyi since making this post i spoke to customer service and they said for sure I'll have my refund by 9/24.... It's 9/24 and STILL NO REFUND. Where is my money????? It's been about a month.

I was told over 3 weeks ago an email is coming confirming my refund is coming...
I've been told on the phone it's coming... STILL NOTHING.
on the online chat I was told last week "no need to worry it will for sure be there by 9/24"
I returned your stuff... You have all your stuff... But you haven't returned my money.... Give me my money back!!!! Why are you stealing from your customers...

....and still waiting for refund... First I was told for over a month my refund has been processed... then you direct message me and you say you are mailing my refund and will be here in 7-10 days.... Well it's still not here... what lie is coming next???? where is my money.

if the check was sent the same day as the last post on 9/25, then the 10 business days would be this Wednesday. Sometimes the weekend throws off some customers with this, but it's business days. If you're still not seeing the check by the end of the day on Wednesday, hit up the moderator again in private message so they could take a closer look!
