I was trying to see how do I go about getting a refund for a computer HDD that I bought? I ordered it last Tuesday and was told it would get here by Monday. I check Monday and it looks like my order hasn't even been sent to UPS yet. I'm now seeing that it's going to be delayed because of this and wont arrive until Saturday. I needed it this week and would rather get a refund and order it from somewhere else. Thanks.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I’m sorry about the delay in getting that hard drive out to you.


As noted here, orders can usually only be cancelled within about 30 minutes of being placed. After that 30 minutes, you’d need to wait for the item to arrive and then return it under our Return & Exchange Promise for a refund.
