I had ordered an item last Saturday (30th November). The item was cancelled by Best Buy as it apparently ran out of stock. It's been almost a week now and I haven't received my refund yet. No reference number on this has been shared either. Please look into this at the earliest. I will share the order details once the representative gets in touch.
I am facing the same issue as well. It's been well over a week now since my order was cancelled and yet no sign of refund. Upon contacting my bank they informed me that they haven't received any refund from the merchant (Best Buy). I haven't faced this type of issue on any other platform in the past. Please look into it ASAP.
