Refund waiting authorization

Hello,

 

I cancelled my purchase in October, however the status says that its waiting for authorization.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hello chris_arteaga,

 

Thank you for posting back on our forums page. We certainly wouldn't want you to wait so long for an authorization to be released back to your account. Typically, once an order has been cancelled the funds should be placed back to you. Have you had a chance to speak with your financial institution for assistance on your funds?

Hi Ken,

 

Thanks for your reply. Yes i've called my bank about two months after cancelling my order, but they couldn't find any amount reimbursed. The irony is that they said it sounds more of an issue with the merchant. I don't know if it can be fixed but its worth a try.
