Refund to my order

Hello Best Buy

I am writing for Order number BBY01-8062046xxxxx. We refused delivery on july 1 2020 and Ontrac carrier returned items back to best buy.

When I call best buy customer service, they always say they are waiting for items to be returned to their warehouse. I called OnTac and they said they delivered back to BEST BUY on 07/06/2020 and the return tracking number is D1001xxxxxx.

It shows it is delivered

I am very frustrated that my money has not been refunded since 2 months. I don't have items and It is already returned to best buy.

When I call customer service they simply put me on mute and enjoy.

There were two tickets opened but never got replied
