Refund to debit card

I made an order on the 5th of January with a visa debit card however, bestbuy couldn’t verify the card so the order was automatically cancelled. The website says that refunds should take 3-5 days but my card has not yet been refunded and it’s been 2 weeks. Please what can be done about this?
