I ordered a liquid cooler and some fans to go along with it, both say delivered but only the fans came. I contacted support (many times) and was told I would be refunded for the cooler. I understand the refund will take 10-15 days to process, but I was told I would receive confirmation that it is being processed in the first place. I have trust issues with the customer support because multiple times they told me I would receive an email or this or that and I never got anything. I need to purchase the cooler, but I feel uncomfortable doing so while I'm still unsure whether or not I will ever get back my money from the one that wasn't delivered. When will my refund status be updated?
