Refund sales tax & other costs on cancelled orders

Order- {removed per forum guidelines}

I've cancelled my iPad within minutes of placing order to pick a different memory version. However to my surprise i haven't received Sales tax of 34$. This is inhuman/illegal because there was no transaction at all, where is this tax going?

Please process refund instantly and don't take customers for granted.

Few other related threads where customer support aggreed that entire amount is refunded.
