Hi,
2 weeks ago I purchased a TV that I intended to pickup in store, but due to some logistic conflicts, I had to switch the TV to be delivered to my home. The delivery price is way too much which makes the total price not a good fit, so I asked the delivery and the tv order to be cancelled.
The order was cancelled successfully, but the order details have been stuck in "pending" state for 2 weeks. Need help tp get my money back, as I didnt really received the TV.
