Had an order for a camera lens that had an issue. Customer service said they would send a replacement order to me and not to worry about what I received. On the promised delivery date I was told the replacement order was delayed with no ETA. Customer service then suggested a refund may be faster.
The refund request was submitted on 1/12/21, and since then I have been given the runaround nonstop. No one can give me a real date or any real information for my refund. I don't know what I need to do, I'm honestly about to submit to my credit card company.
