Refund not received and your customer service team gave fake assurances and fake promises

I placed the order on 22nd November 2022 in-store with full cash of $927 for a Samsung flip 4.

I asked for a pickup but they told me the delivery is earlier than the pickup so I choose delivery to my home address It was supposed to be delivered on On 25th of November but the order status went delayed. I asked the customer service agent if there was any other option they told me they can give a replacement for the order and for the store pick up so I choose it but it went further delayed. So I walked into the store on the 28th of November 2022 then I asked them to cancel the order and give me my money back so that I can buy any other mobile which I have to take it my country as a gift before December 18th, they made me speak with a customer agent on the telephone and they said I will get my cheque within 2 to 4 business days.

 

since then I have been contacting them for my refund nobody gave me any correct answers every agent I spoke with gave different answers each time I chat with them. One day they will tell refund has been not processed and another day they will tell me a refund is in process and they are initiating it now, It has been the nth time I have been contacting them they have kept on telling me, me that it will taker 24hrs one day and 48hrs one time and 72 hrs. how many times should I wait and How many time should call you people.

 

And finally, they told me to go and resolve the issue in-store because I have made the payment in cash.

 

I made a customer service A customer service agent made me wait for 1 hrs 15 mins and rejected my call without giving any response.

 

I got very frustrated and went to the store and asked them what is the status of a refund they told me I have to work with customer service on this and they mentioned No refund has initiated on the order yet still been more than 11 days. and they cancelled only the replacement order, not the original order.

 

I immediately made the call on 8th December 2022 and they gave me assurance that I will get a confirmation email about email on 9th  December 2022. and they said it's the deadline and they almost work on the refund.

 

Now it's 10th December 2022 I did not receive any updates on the refund and I am leaving the country on 18th December 2022 without a mobile. 

 

I checked my spam and every email for refund confirmation but never received

Why do you people make such fake promises about refunds?

You best buy ruined my plans.

 

I want my money back no matter what.
