Refund not processing

Hi,

 

I returned an item that was received by you on 11/1.  The order status page confirms the return was received and says to wait 5 days for you to process the return.  Today is the 6th day and there has been no progress in the refund process.  This seems excessive and I can't think of it ever taking this long for you to start the refund process let alone issue the refund.  Any help would be apprecaited.
