Refund not processed even though Best Buy says it is

I ordered a gaming pc off of best buys website before Christmas. I paid for it via Paypal split payment so I could split the balance using two different debit cards. When I recived it though the case was scratched. I contacted Best Buy and they offered me $150 off which I accepted. A few days later a man from UPS showed up at my door saying he was at my house to pickup a package (meaning the computer). Somehow the person who gave me $150 back put it in the system as a return. I obviously just refused the pickup. After another couple weeks I relieased it wasnt as nice as I had hoped and told Best Buy I wanted to return the computer. They gave me a shipping label and told me to box it up and drop it off at my nearest Best Buy location. I did that but now weeks later I still havent gotten my refund. Best Buy says they see it as proccessing but I know there must be something holding it up. When I got the original $150 refund it was back in my account overnight but for the remaining balance it has been weeks of nothing. How can I get my payment?

I can certainly understand you looking for an update here, as I enjoy keeping an eye on my refunds as well. Refunds can take up to on full billing cycle to post onto the payment method used once a refund is processed.
