Refund not processed - Need help!

I reached out to BestBuy customer support on 02/26 to place an order. The agent informed me that the item was eligible for the lower price and to proceed with placing the order and she will process the refund right after (difference in BestBuy's price vs the lower price). As per the agent instructions, I placed the order. The order was created and the number was provided to the agent as requested to process the refund.
 
Shortly after, the agent confirmed she was able to successfully process the refund in the amount of $1223.60 (Case ID provided) and further added: "I assure we will process the refund." (I've the copy of the chatscript). Additionally, she informed me that I will receive an email confirmation within the next 2 hours (I didn't receive any email) and the "refund of $1223.60 which will be credited to the original form of payment used while placing the order within 1 billing cycle".
 
Please process the refund as assured by the agent. I still haven't received any email.
 
I will be taking the issue with my credit company as well for not being charged accurately and failed to obtain the assured refund.

Best Buy's Price Match Guarantee is a terrific way to get the best price on the exciting products you need. I'm unhappy to hear that you've run into complications with yours, however. Certainly what you've described is not our objective.
