My purchase was never delivered by Roadie, which is very clear in the tracking logs. It was returned that same day to Best Buy...so how is it that it has been over a week and my refund is still being "looked into". If I can see it was never delivered and you can see it was never delivered, then what is having to be researched? This feels like a scam.

Can you please explain why the refund is "in review" and will take "up to one billing cycle"? The item was never delivered, and according to your same-day delivery policy --
If the delivery is not able to be completed, your order will be returned to the store, and a full refund of your order and shipping costs will be completed within 24 hours of it being returned.
This item was returned via Rodie the same day it was not delivered (althought I was home the entire time and never recieved a call from shipping partner). You all are in vilotation of your own policy.
