I placed an order for a pair of headphones on the 17th of December which was canceled by Best Buy. After chatting with customer support, I was told the refund would be issued within 24hrs. I still have not received the refund.
Could someone please assist me with this? This entire process has been handled poorly by Best Buy.
Help would be much apprecitated

In most cases refunds are available in three to five business days but in rare cases they can take up to one billing cycle. This timeline often depends on your bank so I would recommend contacting them for more details.
