I used a gift card to preorder a video game on bestbuy.com but the release date for the game was just pushed back 4 months. I'm trying to get a refund but the refund amount isn't including the Sales Tax, Fees & Surcharges. No product has been sent and the purchase was made online where it's tracked so I should be receiving a full refund. Why is this only an issue with Best Buy while every other online retailer automatically offers full refunds? Can someone assist in a full refund?

I continued with the refund and the amound that just loaded on my gift card is missing $1.46. This wouldn't usually be a big deal but for me to purchase another game I'll need to use a credit card for the remaining amount (card had $0 on it after last purchase). And why is Best Buy keeping $1.46 for a preorder when they haven't even received the product yet, so there's no excuse for restocking, etc. Plus, considering that the release date changed I should've been notified by Best Buy (I have not) and they should've included an option for refund.
