Refund issue, never got the item

I bought something alongside with 4 other products in late September. I canceled one of those items because the other products came in earlier than this one and even I got the notification that if it wasn't going to be at the store for pick up on October 9th, they would cancel the order and give me the refund. I canceled on October 6th and have waited 15 business days after Columbus Day and haven't seen anything. I even tried contacting my bank just now and they don't see a transaction that fit the price of the product I canceled to file a claim. I put this all on a debit card.

Thank you for posting on our forum for support. It can take up to one full billing cycle, depending on your bank, to see a refund back to your form of payment. If you're still not seeing your money back for your cancelled order by November 6, please let us know here. We'd be happy to look into this further and see what might be going on.
