I bought an item from Best Buy's Ebay account and returned it at my local Best Buy Store. The employee said the refund would take 3-5 business days and it's been 7 business days. I am losing hope that I'll get a refund and any input on what to do to get my refund would be appreciated.

If you returned the item in store and have a return receipt, either paper or emailed to you, then the process was completely correctly and the process is already under way.
What was the method of payment when you purchased through eBay? This is likely to be the element that determines refund processing times. Major credit cards are the fastest, while some local debit cards and PayPal are the slowest. The time quoted in store is for an in store item returned in store to a credit card and is likely not accurate in your case.

I used my Cashapp Cashcard to place the order on eBay. That might be the reason why the refund process is being slow.

I am in a similar situation. I know it has been a couple months, but I was hoping you could tell me how long it took to get the refund, as well as how the refund was processed? Ie. Did eBay initiate the refund? Thanks
