Refund for a canceled online purchase

I canceled an order I placed online. I received an email saying the order was canceled, but it doesn’t mention a refund. My credit card was charged and has now cleared Can anyone help me with this issue?

Refunds don't always happen immediately they may post 3 to 4 days later after the charge clears. This is in accordance on how your card issuer or bank handles these refund transactions.
