Refund for Expedited Shipping

Ordered 3 day shipping for a radio. Said it won't be here until 5 days later. I specifically ordered it for 3 days because it would fall on my off days and I'd have time to install it, but since it's 5 days shipping, I would have to wait the week after. I demand a refund for my shipping charges.

Welcome to our forums!  Generally speaking, our expedited shipping should be a great way to get your order from us as soon as possible, so it’s disappointing to hear that even after paying to receive the order sooner, it has been delayed.  While I may not be able to undo the frustration this experience has already caused, I’ll be happy to take a closer look and see what we can do to turn this experience around going forward. 

 

For me to look into this order further, I’ll ask that you send me a private message using the blue “Private Message” button with:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number

 

As mentioned, be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature, and if you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this “Private Message” button is visible to you.
