Refund delay

I recently did a purchase online for pick up in a store, I did two orders because one was cancelled, it said that the refund was placed, I haven’t got my refund yet and the order was placed the 27th of December of 2018, and to this day I haven’t got the refund in my credit card.

Very long refund delay

On december 27 of 2018, I made a purchase, which got cancelled, and until now I haven't got my refund, and today is 20/01/2019, almost 23 days and I haven't got my refund yet, I need this money, and because of an order that BestBuy itsef cancelled me, and I don't think that this process should be that lond and frustrating.
