I ordered an item on 23rd november 2018 from INDIA to my Sister's TEXAS address. I Made payment via Credit Card. On the same day order was confirmed but next day it was cancled.
My money is not refunded into my account yet.

Best Buy like most companies get a Pre-Auth before shipping and charge once it ships, Pre-Auths look like charges most of the time. It should have dropped off with the day but each bank and financial instituion differs on this. If it is still showing this Pre-Auth on your statement please do call 1 (888) 237-8289 and support would be glad to reach out to your financial instituion to help get that removed for you.
