Refund Issue

Hi everyone!


I have been having the same issue a lot of others have been with waiting over a month for money to return to my credit card. I've spoken to customer service a few times and they continue to tell me that they are waiting on my bank to "accept" the refund and that it could take a billing cycle. I was given a case ID on the 14th of october and now it's over a month later. Has anyone received their money back after that long or should I contact customer service again?
