Refund Issue


I have purchased a apple homepad from and  I receive my package have the seal been cut and homepod got stolen, contact bestbuy customer services advise my to contact UPS to investigate. I have contacted UPS on twitter,

UPS responsed:

Thank you for this information . With this package I am showing that the shipper has restricted UPS from beginning a damage or package investigation on this package. The shipper would need to start this process. ^AC



So i have to return the empty box back to bestbuy, and make a couple calls to bestbuy explain the issue, and still not get refund.
