Hello. I am Order #{removed per forum guidelines}. I just ordered 2k21 for the PS5 along with a 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement a few hours ago as a gift for someone, but it turns out they already have the game. I was able to get a refund for the 2-year plan, but not the game itself because the order is processing. I was wondering if it was possible for me to get a refund for it before it ships out? Thank you!

Typically, orders are able to be modified within 30 minutes of placing the order, but that window shortens around peak season to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
