Receiving two packages

Hello, I’m writing to you today to ask if I should return one of the packages that was sent to me. A package I ordered three weeks ago was confirmed lost by UPS. After an eight day investigation period I ordered the same package again and it was delivered by you for free, I recieved it yesterday. However the package that was confirmed lost was just delievered today and I’m a little confused on what I should do, would you like me to return it?

Welcome and thank you for reaching out to us! While we and the carriers we partner with to try to ensure packages reach our customers safely, occasionally packages do go missing. I'm glad to hear that you were able to get your order reshipped though! 

When what once was lost is found, it can leave customers in a bit of an awkward position having double the product. You may of course return the extra one to us under our Return & Exchange Promise, either in store or by mail. If you prefer to do so by mail, please let me know and I'll be delighted to further assist.
