Hi BB Customer Support.
My Best Buy order of 2 Epic Games V-Bucks cards arrived today but unfortunately, both cards were not activated and I was not able to redeem them.
Hoping you can help me out with this. DMs to the twitter support account have gone unanswered, and the hold time for the customer service line is over an hour.
Any and all help appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear you found these weren't appropriately activated. In most cases though, this is a pretty simple fix! As you mentioned you sent messages to our team via Twitter, I see that Meg was able to follow up and you let us know this issue was able to be resolved.
