I ordered two PS4 games last week. Today I got a package from Best Buy that was addressed to me, however it only contained a Weemo light bulb and a power strip, with no order slip. I returned it to UPS thinking they must have gotten the address wrong, but checking the tracking on my shipment showed that it was the same order. So presumably, my order's items were switched with someone else's.
How do I get the items that I ordered and paid for? Currently on hold with Best Buy on the phone, but the estimated wait time is an hour and a half which is insane.

After about half an hour I got a hold of someone who fixed this issue for me. (Unfortunately one of the games was sold out, so I can only be refunded on that, which won't happen until the box with incorrect items arrives back at Best Buy.)
I've never had a retailer send me completely incorrect items, so perhaps Best Buy needs to invest more in making sure this doesn't happen, if they want to stay competitive.
