I placed my order on 1/29/23 for a laptop, I received it on 2/1/23, I opened it and right away I knew they sent the wrong laptop, I box it back up, and brought it to UPS on 2/9/23. On 2/13/23 best buy receives the return. I wait the 15 business days they ask, still no refund or any email. And basically after this I contact them through chat and phone 4-5 times, each time they say I will receive my refund and an email within 48 hours, but every time, I never receive anything. On 3/8/23 I receive an email saying that the return got denied, I knew this had to be a mistake so I called them on the same day and they said I would quote "100% receive my refund in 2 days" but it has been 48 hours, and still nothing. I am tired of going back and forth already. I spent a decent amount of money on this laptop, and now I do not have the laptop I ordered, nor the wrong laptop I received. It has been over a month since I sent the laptop back and all I am left with is nothing.
