I ordered something from BB and after a period of time, called and the BB rep declared it lost in shipment. He sent me another shipment which I received.
The other day the first order finally showed up which left me with two of what I ordered. After discussing with BB on chat, I returned the extra item to my local store, but when doing that was told I cannot get a receipt for what I was returning.
I do not want to pay for this item twice---I was told my record reflects that --but with no receipt, I am just uncertain.
Is there anything more I can do?

Thanks for posting on our forum for support. I can imagine your surprise to see your original order show up after you already received your reship. I'm glad you were able to return the extra item to your local Best Buy, but I hate to hear about the additional charge you're seeing on your account. I'm a bit confused by this, seeing as a reship processed in our system should be at no cost to you if an item is determined lost in transit.
