I ordered for store pick up that was scheduled for Nov 5. I got an email last nov 5 saying order is delayed. I've called customer service and only information I get is that the item is still in transit. Today, I received an email saying that the pick up deadline has been extended to 12/19 but order still says delayed. I don't know what is going on. Can anyone help? Thanks
