Hello - I ordered an Asus Zenbook 14 (UX431) from BestBuy.com. UPS had issues with the delivery, but I eventually received the laptop. After inspecting it closely it appears that the metal casing/chasis was bent either during production or shipping (honestly it looks like someone pressed too hard when installing the central base screw and bent the entire keyboard housing).
What should I do to get this resolved? I received the laptop from UPS on 19 April. I have been using it and would like to continue to up until I could exchange or replace it (vice mailing it back and waiting for a replacement).

Hey, Colin19,
While I cannot guarantee a specific option will be available, I would be happy to take a look into what is available. To do so, I'd just need you to send me a private message with your order number, phone number, full name, and email.
To send a private message, simply select the blue box labeled Private Message to the right of my signature.
