Welcome to our Community. There is nothing more frustrating when shopping online than having an order cancelled. I was discouraged to hear that you've had this occur and I regret any inconvenience to you.
At the time an order is placed through BestBuy.com, a pre-authorization is made to the credit card used to ensure funds are available to complete your purchase. If your order is cancelled, the authorization should be removed from your account subject to the policies of your bank or credit card issuer. According to the information available to me, the hold on your account should be released no later than November 6.
That being said, I have contacted my partners at BestBuy.com regarding your order cancellation. As soon as I have new information to share, I will reply again to your message. I'm sorry to have to ask for your patience in the interim.
