Received a damaged product and want a replacement

I ordered a game bundle on the Best Buy website. It included a digital game code, which I got, and a plush. I just received the plush today but it had a hole in it. There’s even stuffing coming out of the plush.

No store around me carries this. Could I get a replacement with only the plush as I already have the digital code part of the bundle?
