I finally got my Lord of the Ari gs Trilogy box set in today however it shipped with a missing disc and a scratch on the spine. I would just return it and get a new copy however they are all sold out and I would like to have a replacement for it. What can be done?

You can order a new one now if it's in stock and then send the other back. You should call the 1-888-BEST-BUY number they can help you out for sure.

I'm disheartened to hear that it arrived in a less than perfect state, as that is never within our intentions. I truly apologize that this was the case with your trilogy set.
Depending on the item's availability, there may be limited support options available. With that said, you could return the item within the Return & Exchange Promise either in a local store or by mail. While I wish I had additional options to provide, I hope that this sheds light on the available options we have available.
